Structural Integration

Having studied 6 months in an internship with an osteopathic physician, as well as studying at the internationally recognized Osteopathic Center for Children and studying at the Osteopathic Health and Wellness Institute, Matt relies heavily on osteopathic theory for structural integration utilizing the following techniques:

  • Strain-counterstrain

  • Myofascial release

  • Ligamentous articulous strain

  • Cranial osteopathy

  • Muscle energy

  • Lymphatic Drainage

High Velocity Techniques (popping, cracking) are rarely used.
