OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on
Saturdays. If you wish to make an appointment, have questions about your bill, need a
medication refilled, or you wish to know test results, please call the office during the
regular business hours.

The AnMed Health Campus is
conviently located on East Greenville Street (Highway 81).
EMERGENCIES
If you have a medical emergency and need to speak with a healthcare provider after hours,
please call the office number at (864) 226-9193. You will be connected with the physician
or extended care provider on call who will assist you.
LAB RESULTS
Primary Care Associates has a lab in the office. If you have had a blood test done in the
office, the results will be returned within three to seven days. Labs done outside of the
office will take longer to be resulted. If your results are normal, you will not be
contacted. If your result is abnormal or the provider has further instructions for you,
you will be contacted by the nursing staff. If you wish to know your results, you may call
the office during regular business hours.
OUTPATIENT TESTS
If you have had a test done as an outpatient either at the hospital or the Health Campus,
results will be returned within one week unless specified otherwise. You will not be
contacted unless your result is abnormal or your provider has further instructions for
you. If you wish to know the results of your test, you may call the office during regular
business hours.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
If you wish to schedule an appointment, contact the office at (864) 226-9193 and request
to make an appointment. You will then be connected with the scheduling department. Please
specify what type of appointment you need. You will be offered the earliest possible
appointment time. If you need to have blood work done, you need to make an appointment.
However, appointments do not need to be made to receive blood pressure checks, hormone
injections or allergy injections. We do request that you come between 8:00 am and 11:30 am
and between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm to have these done.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
Primary Care Associates
accepts many types of insurance. If you are unsure whether Primary Care Associates
participates in your program, please contact the office during regular business hours or
your insurance provider. If you need a referral to a specialist, please contact our office
before making an appointment with the specialist. Many insurances require
pre-certification before you can see another physician. If you do not contact our office
first, your insurance may not cover your office visit to the specialist. Any insurance or
billing questions will be answered by our billing department. Feel free to contact them
during regular business hours.
